Welcome Chef John Cossens to the Brickyard
Please welcome Chef John Cossens to the Brickyard. We are happy to have John join the Brickyard family and return to the Middle Georgia area. John is a native Maconite, but he has lived in South Carolina for the past 8 years.
Golf Course Conditions – February 2024
During the month of February out on the course, we will continue working on cleaning up the course. Everything from weed control to grass clippings to wash-out areas.
Golf Shop News February 2024
February should be our last cold month before we head into the golf season. January seemed to go by fast with the cold temps
and good amounts of rain. This month may have cold mornings forcing us to have delayed starts and possible shotgun starts if
needed. Communication from the golf shop will be delivered via email to our membership.
Special Golf Rule– Stroke Play
Player A & B are playing hole #7. As Player A is a long hitter, he chose to back up about 4 club lengths from the tee marker, to avoid going into the creek. His tee shot goes right and might be out of bounds. He rethinks his shot and decides to hit from the tee...
