Please welcome Chef John Cossens to the Brickyard. We are happy to have John join the Brickyard family and return to the Middle Georgia area. John is a native Maconite, but he has lived in South Carolina for the past 8 years.

John is a 2002 graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Charleston, South Carolina. He brings 20 years of experience to the Club from the restaurant, hotel and private club industries. John has worked at Sea Island Resort (St. Simons Island), The Mansion on Forsyth Park (Savannah), Colleton River Club and Palmetto Bluff (Hilton Head), as well as Natalia’s, here in Macon.

John and his wife Joy, reside in Macon with their adorable pit bull, Charlotte.
