I want to start by saying “Thank You” for all the support you gave the Pro Shop during the Holiday Season. We know that you have several options to purchase from and by choosing to support your Golf Shop makes a huge difference here at The Brickyard Golf Club. If you didn’t know, The Brickyard is honored to be a Titleist Exclusive facility, which means that we will showcase Titleist Golf Balls in the shop and we receive priority shipping. For those of you that play a different brand, we can special order those balls for you. Blair Mitchell, our 1st Assistant Golf Professional, and I will be attending the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL at the end of January. Blair will be entering the PGA Professional Golf Management Program. We also will be scouting out existing and possible new apparel vendors for 2022.
We are looking forward to a wonderful season with you all. The 2022 golf tournament schedule has been approved. January 8th-9th will feature the Polar Bear Scramble and February 6th will feature the Super Bowl Scramble. We will be conducting our first Ladies Clinic of the year on Tuesday January 11th & 18th beginning at 11am and lasting 1 hour. The cost will be $20 per session. Please call the golf shop to sign-up. Golf Lessons are available for the membership either by a single lesson or through a lesson package. The PGA Junior League will be taking place this summer. Details in the upcoming newsletters.
Tee Times can be made 10 days out by either calling the golf shop or by reserving a tee time at our website. We need all members to con-tinue to sign in at the golf shop. Please make sure that when reserv-ing your tee time, you book it for one, two, three, four or five players. This ensures that other members don’t book on your tee time when you’re expecting more players that what is booked.
