Forever in Our Hearts: Remembering Angie
April 24, 1956 – August 9, 2026
Brickyard Golf Club remembers Angie Davenport, who was part of the Brickyard family beginning in June 2022.
Angie will be remembered for her love, laughter, loyalty and kindness. Her outgoing personality and joyful spirit had a way of making people feel more alive, and she could walk into a room and immediately make it brighter.
A One-of-a-Kind Friend
Angie never met a stranger. She always had a story to share, a joke ready and a sense of adventure that made life more fun for the people around her. Her spontaneity, quick wit and beautiful smile created memories that will remain with her friends and coworkers for years to come.
Many members will remember seeing Angie riding around the Club in her golf cart, which she affectionately named “Louise.” She often referred to “The Brick” as her happy place, and her presence made Brickyard happier, too.
A Lasting Legacy
Angie was more than a coworker. She was a dear friend whose warmth and humor touched countless people. Although her absence leaves an unmistakable space at the Club, the stories, laughter and love she shared will continue to live in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Angie will be forever remembered, forever missed and forever loved.
