The weather is warming up and so is the golf season. Greens aerification will take place May 15-16 (Wed-Thu), therefore the Golf Shop & Practice Areas will be closed both days. The Golf Shop will be honoring this Mother’s Day Golf Promotion the entire month of May. Each mother will receive one complimentary round of golf during the month of May. Come out with your husband, family, or your golfing buddies and enjoy the course. All you have to do is let the golf shop staff member know, as you check in for your round of golf. The greens will be in better condition towards the end of the month if you would like to wait. You can book your tee time 10 days in advance.
When it comes to buying golf clubs, Custom Club Fittings, which are a member benefit, are the way to go when it comes to hitting quality golf shots while gaining distance. Ping will be returning on May 31st from 12pm-5pm. We will email the signup link on May 10th, which is 3 weeks in advance. This is a member benefit, and we will be giving 10% OFF on all fitting day orders.
Moving into its 5th month, our Member Birthday Rewards Program is working out nicely each month. The program offers an additional 20% off the Brickyard Member Price to members during their birthday month. Applies to in-stock merchandise only. Excludes price-protected merchandise. The 2 Man Hutch Cup is underway with only 8 teams remaining in the event. We are now in the Round of 8. This bracketed tournament runs March through July. Mark your calendars, we are currently accepting completed entry forms for our next event, the Brickyard Invitational which will be held July 8-9.
The Brickyard Junior Golf Camp will be held June 11-14 beginning at 8:30am-11am. Cost for Club Members is $150 & Non-Members is $175. Includes all golf instruction from Blair and Derek, a camp tee shirt, rules of golf bag tags, daily refreshments, and more. Call or stop by the Golf Shop to sign up.
Last month we asked our members to drop off any used golf balls. Thanks to our club members, we are in great shape with over 1,200 used golf balls for our Junior Golf Programs. Thank you so much.
Next month, we will begin to discuss various aspects of the golf operations that new and existing club members use or have access to, that will enhance your member experience. Items like how to use the online tee sheet bookings, navigating the club’s website, member pricing on Golf Shop merchandise, using the EZGO Pace Technology GPS to its fullest, walking rounds using Golf Logix GPS, and other items.
