Spring Golf Season is Heating Up
With warm weather and one of the most exciting Masters Tournaments in recent memory behind us (go Rory!), the Brickyard is in full swing. The 2025 Brickyard Golf Calendar is now posted in both Clubhouse Locker Rooms—plan ahead for all upcoming events.

Course Closures & Aerification

• Greens Aerification: Scheduled for Wednesday–Thursday, May 14–15

  • Golf Shop and Practice Areas will be closed both days.

  • This vital course maintenance ensures long-term playability and turf health.

Golf Shop Updates

• New Brickyard Golf Club Logo: Now flying on all 18-hole course flags and featured on new apparel.

  • Members are loving it—apparel orders have increased to meet demand.

  • T-shirts redesigned and in stock.

  • Caps and more items arrive in early May.

• Mother’s Day Golf Promotion:

  • Every mother or spouse gets one complimentary round of golf during May. Just inform the Golf Shop when checking in.

• Tee Time Booking: Members can book 10 days in advance.

• Glove Sale: Buy 3, get the 4th glove FREE (excludes Titleist Players Glove).

• Sale Racks: Now 60% off—huge savings available.

Custom Club Fittings & Savings

• Fitting Days (Member Benefit):

  • TaylorMade: Friday, May 2, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Mizuno: Friday, May 16, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Mizuno fitting sign-up link will be sent on May 2

• 10% OFF all fitting day orders

• To date, members have saved nearly $3,000 through fittings this year.

Member Birthday Rewards Program

Now in its 5th month, this program continues to thrive.

• Members receive an additional 20% off Brickyard Member Price on in-stock merchandise during their birthday month.

Brickyard Invitational – June 7–8

• Team entries now being accepted – see flyer in newsletter.

• Course closed both days, but Practice Facility open from 12 PM – 6:30 PM.

• Volunteers Needed:

  • Flexible shifts (2–6 hours).

  • Receive a gift certificate for a foursome, plus food & drinks.

  • Roles include: Starters (Holes #1 & #10), Hole-in-One Witness (#11), and Scoreboard Helpers.

  • Sign up in the Golf Shop with Derek or Blair.

Summer Junior Golf Camp – June 17–20

• Time: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cost: $150 (Members), $175 (Non-Members)

• Includes instruction, tee shirt, golf rules tags, daily refreshments, and more

• Signups begin May 6
