We would like to invite all 21+ year old members to join us in our first No Limit Hold’em Poker Tournament. This fun filled event will be limited to the first 24 players to register due to a limited number of seats and chips at this time. A $30.00 per player registration fee will go to the 100% payout prize pool. The payout structure will be: 1st 40%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10% and 5th wins the dreaded, bubble boy brick.
This event will be held on Thursday August 15, 2019. Registration begins at 5:00 pm in the pavilion with cash payment of the $30 entry fee. The tournament will begin at 5:30 pm. Registration will close at 6:00 pm or once all 24 seats are taken. There will be no rebuys.
We will play 25-minute levels with blinds and antes starting at 25/50 and doubling every level after that. The starting stacks will be 3,000 chips per player and there will be a 15-minute break after each three levels, where chips will be colored up as necessary.
Since it is a 100% payout, we will not have designated dealers. This means each player will be dealing their own button. If requested, Table Captains are asked to provide instructional assistance only. Players may be randomly moved by the tournament floor person to keep the number of players per table balanced or to combine to fewer tables.
Food and Beverages will be available at regular club prices. Thanks to Mr. Hutchinson and everyone for their support of this event.
