Our New Head Golf Pro, Zac Tilton, Arrives July 12th!
Zac was born in 1984 in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Zac moved to Evans, Georgia in 1992, then to Kennesaw, Georgia in 2003 to attend Kennesaw State University. He received his degree in Sports Marketing from Kennesaw State University in 2007.
Accomplishments
* Played collegiate golf at Kennesaw State from 2003-2007
* Academic All Conference in 2006, 2007
* Served as Vice-President and President of Student Athlete Advisory Council
* 2008-2012-Assistant Golf Professional at Brookstone Golf and Country Club
* 2012-2013-Assistant Golf Professional at BridgeMill Athletic Club
* 2014-2017—1st Assistant Golf Professional at The Standard Club
* Received Class “A” status with PGA in June 2014
TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that no two people are the same, therefore no two golf lessons should be the same. But with solid fundamentals (grip, stance, posture) success can be obtained. No matter the individual, these three fundamentals are paramount to becoming successful at this game. I also want my student’s to enjoy this wonderful game, making sure that each day on the course (or practice areas) is enjoyable and they leave wanting to come back again.
